Faraday integrates QuickLogic eFPGA into FlashKit-22RRAM SoC for enhanced IoT edge solutions

QuickLogic announced the integration of its eFPGA IP into Faraday Technology Corporation's FlashKit-22RRAM SoC Development Platform. This collaboration aims to provide designers with unparalleled flexibility and adaptability for a wide range of IoT applications.


The FlashKit-22RRAM platform, implemented on UMC's 22ULP process technology, supports both Arm Cortex-M7 and VeeR EH1 RISC-V processors. It features multiple systems, analog and interface blocks, eNVM, and QuickLogic's eFPGA IP for post-tape-out customization. This platform is designed for AIoT, consumer, and industrial applications, offering energy efficiency and performance optimization.
