Taiwan based analog semiconductor expert Parade acquires majority of Canadian Spectra7’s high-speed assets

Parade Technologies, Taiwan based maker of high-speed interface and display semiconductor chips announced acquisition of majority of high-speed connectivity related assets from Canada based high-speed analog interface semiconductor expert Spectra7. The assets include intellectual property (IP), products, designs, inventory, and other specified items and also large number of Spectra7 engineers to join Parade.
