Chips and devices market:
SIA reported that the gobal semiconductor sales reach US$ 56.5 billion in January 2025, an increase of 17.9% compared to the January 2024 sales of $47.9 billion and 1.7% less compared to December 2024 total of $57.5 billion. Geographically the semiconductor revenue in US grew by 50.7% where as Europe fell by 6.4% in the month of Jan 2025 compared to Jan 2024. China region grew by modest 6.5% for the same period.
