Semiconductor companies Sony and Renesas reported no damage from Earth Quake
North-East Japan hit by Earthquake of magnitude 7.3 on richter scale at 5:18 PM local time. The epicenter is 240 KMs from the coast of Miyagi prefecture. The two semiconductor companies Sony and Renesas, who have manufacturing facilities in the region have reported no damage, according to news report from Bloomberg.
