STS has selected the ASLx as its linear and power management platform

LTX-Credence has announced that Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS) has selected the ASLx as its linear and power management platform solution. LTX-Credence says STS chose the ASLx for its key features: a broad range of high performance power instruments, high throughput capability, and its ability to deliver a compatible migration path for the installed base of ASL1K test systems currently serving the linear and power management market.
