EVE says Mentor Graphics' patent infringement suits are unfounded

EVE has denied any wrongdoing and reaffirmed that it will continue to defend itself against Mentor Graphics' patent infringement suits. Further, EVE believes these litigations are unfounded will defend itself through the United States and Japanese court systems until the truth is established.

Mentor Graphics Corp. in its recent release has stated that Tokyo District Court has agreed to add the ZeBu-Blade 2 product to Mentor Graphics' ongoing patent infringement suit against EVE in Japan. The ZeBu-Blade 2, released by EVE in November, is the most recent generation in EVE's ZeBu emulation family.
