Forte Design Systems joins Cadence Connections program

Forte Design Systems has joined the Cadence Design Systems Connections program.

The Connections program promotes interoperability between Cadence design flows and partner toolsets. As a member of this program, Forte is enabled to develop integration solutions for Cadence incisive enterprise simulator. This simulator is used to automate testbench creation and debug and to ensure interoperability with its Cynthesizer SystemC high level synthesis (HLS).

"Tool interoperability is critical to allow design teams to build a flow customized for their unique needs and challenges," remarks Brett Cline, Forte's vice president of marketing and sales. "Through the program, we have linked Cynthesizer with the Cadence Incisive Enterprise Simulator to meet these challenges."
