Dialog integrates ARM Cortex M0 in smart power Ics

Dialog Semiconductor plc has licensed the ARM Cortex-M0 processor for use in power management ICs (PMICs). Dialog employs processor in its power ICs to have digital control over power and precision battery management of portable devices. When power supply ICs powering multicore processors, the smart power chip matters.

The ARM Cortex-M0 takes less silicon space and designed to consume low power enabling smart power ICs in small packages.
