PBI embedds Aurix true phonetic speech search engine in its product

Aurix, an Avaya company, has been selected by Predictive Business Intelligence(PBI), a software development company specializing in unstructured data analytics applications, to provide speech search technology, which will be incorporated into PBI's business intelligence tools. PBI has embedded the Aurix true phonetic speech search engine into the PBI suite of analytics applications.

The PBI solution focuses on delivering easy-to-use analytics, bringing together many sources of structured and unstructured data, to provide companies with a complete analytics view of activities and help enable sound business decisions.
