IEEE is offering English version of the two Chinese tech publications in its IEEE Xplore digital library.

The two Chinese publications are Tsinghua Science and Technology published by the Tsinghua University Press and Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics published by the Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information. Both are bimonthly publications.

The area covered by Tsinghua Science and Technology includes computer and electronic engineering, mathematical sciences, life sciences, chemistry, physics. Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics covers the latest developments and achievements in systems engineering, electronics technology.

Both these publications are also available at Elsevier' science site http://www.sciencedirect.com.
