ISA appoints PVG Menon as new President

India Semiconductor Association (ISA) has appointed Mr. PVG Menon as the new President of the association.

"ISA strongly supports the goal to make electronics a national mission in our country and our search for the new President was focused on ensuring we have the right leadership to achieve that target and all our other goals in the ESDM sector. We welcome Mr. Menon on board and wish him the best as he assumes this important mantle," said Dr. Pradip K. Dutta, Chairman, ISA and Corporate VP & MD, Synopsys (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Prior to taking up this role, Mr. PVG Menon was the President & CEO of VANN Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Menon had worked with Philips (now known as NXP Semiconductors) and Analog Devices, Siemens Information Systems Ltd. and CMC Ltd. He has also been associated with two start-ups. Mr. Menon has also served on the Executive Council of the Advanced Computing and Communications Society of India (ACCS).
