Cosmic Circuits bags multiple awards in 2010 with new IP launches

Bangalore, India based analog and mixed signal semiconductor IP vendor Cosmic Circuits is gaining leading company status by winning multiple awards in 2010. Including with the just announced Frost & Sullivan Excellence Award, Cosmic Circuits has won another 2 more awards in 2010. Recently Mentor Graphics in its event awarded Cosmic Circuits with leadership award in the category of Best VLSI/ Embedded Design Startup. The third award it got in this year is "Analog/Mixed Signal IP Partner of the Year" Award for 2010 from TSMC in recognition Cosmic Circuits' contributions to TSMC's IP Alliance Program.

Cosmic Circuits own over 250+ IP cores including Analog Front Ends, PLLs, Silicon Oscillators, Audio, MIPI Interfaces, Data Converters and Power Management circuits. Cosmic Circuits interacts very closely with leading foundries such as TSMC and globalfoundries.

Cosmic Circuits has made available its new MIPI M-PHY IP in 40nm, which integrates capability for both the G1 and G2 high-speed modes making it usable for DigRF, UniPro and UFS applications. The IP also supports both the SYS and PWM low-speed modes.

The other recently announced products from Cosmic Circuits include IP core for optimized wireless AFE in 65nm process node, and monitoring ADC cores in 65nm node. Both are silicon proven.

Though Cosmic Circuits is advancing well in international market, Indian companies such as Cosmic Circuits are not teaming up to develop IC chip and IP for local India's domestic electronics and semiconductor market which is growing fast and is also fairly big.
