Intersil appoints Clifton Ho as VP of Sales for the Asia Pacific region including India
Intersil has appointed Clifton Ho as the Vice President of Sales for the company's Asia Pacific Region which includes China, Taiwan, Korea and also South Asia, where the major market is India. Before joining Intersil Clifton was GM of China Sales at National Semiconductor. He had also worked with QuickLogic . According to Intersil Mr. Ho brings with him global experience in selling analog, mixed-signal and power management ICs. Intersil makes both discrete semiconductor devices as well as power ICs.
"Clifton will be an extraordinary asset to the Intersil Asia Pacific team as we continue to provide our customers with analog and mixed-signal solutions for communications, computing, consumer and industrial applications," said Dave Bell, Intersil's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Ho holds a BS in Electronics from Tufts University, Medford and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
