Schneider Electric and Parkeon join hands to develop electric vehicle charging system

Schneider Electric and Parkeon have agreed to together develop electric vehicle charging system.This partnership is aimed to provide solution to manage urban parking facilities integrated with an electrical vehicle charging infrastructure in Europe and North America, starting in 2010. The electric car makers are given solutions to enable charging of elelctric cars in publics plaes to save them from designing own ports at publics places and parking areas.

This collaboration between Schneider Electric and Parkeon, both major players of their sectors, is the best way to rapidly develop the electrical vehicle market."
