Webinar on embedded software application using Actel's ARM based FPGAs

Actel and Keil have announced a live webinar that will introduce the Keil Microcontroller Development Kit (MDK) tools for creating and debugging embedded software applications targeting Actel's ARM Cortex-M3 based SmartFusion intelligent mixed signal FPGAs.

This webinar is intended for FPGA and embedded designers who are considering SmartFusion devices and want to use the Keil MDK industry-standard compilation tools and debugging and simulation support for implementing their embedded applications.

It is the second part in the series on designing with SmartFusion mixed signal FPGAs. This webinar takes a specific SmartFusion hardware configuration and demonstrates how to use the Keil MDK tools to compile and debug embedded programs in the SmartFusion FPGA, targeting either on-chip flash or SRAM. Key programming and debug features of the Keil MDK will be highlighted.

A design flow demo using Keil MDK and targeting the SmartFusion Evaluation Kit is included to provide practical applications of the material presented. The tutorials used in the demo will be available for download after the webinar.
