Tektronix acquires BERTScope innovator SyntheSys Research

Tektronix has completed the acquisition of SyntheSys Research. SyntheSys develops and manufactures high-speed signal integrity test and measurement instrumentation for the computer, storage and communications industries and is the innovator of award-winning BERTScope.
