DIP International to sell Octasic chips in Europe

Octasic has entered into a distribution agreement with DIP International Ltd., a specialty supplier of communications semiconductors with offices in Paris, France. Under the terms of the agreement, DIP will provide localized sales, support for Octasic's silicon and software voice, video and data solutions for converged carrier, enterprise and end-point communication equipment manufacturers in France.
