Do you like wild and crazy ideas?

Wild and crazy ideas --- is one of the topic areas discussed in the event Design Automation Conference (DAC) –2008. This is to promote totally out-of-box thinking among electronic design community. The ideas discussed were suppose to be thought provoking and promising. The subjects discussed were, proposing the use of novel devices, analog parallelism, single-photon 3D optical communication, design level - power saving software chips that fail on purpose, collective computing, and mental state monitoring

Extremely innovative ideas consume lot of thinking with much of our thinking turning futile, but in long term some starry idea will pop up to change the way design systems or devices work.
