Security tools for any unauthorized data transfer through USB flash drive

Its common to copy the files to a USB flash drive to continue to work from home or any other location. However there are high chances of employees misusing these drives to copy files other than the work related data for some personal benefit.


Lexar media (www.lexar.com ) and DeviceLock Inc have jointly address this issue by producing encrypted USB flash drives with security software to safeguard the data saved in flash drives.
The devicelock software allows only authorized drives to successfully connect to computers and also only to the specified users. No other generic USB drive can be connected. This centrally managed software platform integrates Microsoft Active Directory Group, enabling the security folks to track, log, and control every flash drive user.


Devicelock also block spy-ware such as key loggers and other malicious software (malware) from accessing the flash drives.
