New software framework for embedded platforms from Eurotech

Eurotech has announced the launch of Everyware Software Framework (ESF) on Intel Atom-based embedded platforms, including the Catalyst Module XL, Catalyst EC, ISIS, Proteus, and DuraCOR 1200/1400.The ESF offers open source developer tooling based on the Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and Java Micro Edition Virtual Machine. And the suggested applications are transportation, medical, communications, defense, security, and industrial industries.
