VMware inaugurates new development center in Pune, India

Cloud computing software (also called virtual computing) company VMware has opened a new development centre in Pune, India's emerging IT city. Mr. Carl Eschenbach, Executive Vice President, of VMware, inaugurated this centre.

In the beginning of this month VMware has appointed T Srinivasan as MD of VMware India with responsibility for markets under India and the SAARC region.

VMware's virtualization software product vSphere 4 is rated well in various aspects of cloud computing performance.
