SEMI inviting papers on semiconductor technology
SEMI has announced that abstracts for paper presentations are now being accepted for the 28th annual SEMI Technology Symposium (STS), which will be held on 2-4 December 2009 at the Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan in conjunction with SEMICON Japan 2009. The submission deadline is June 19, 2009. SEMI says, this annual semiconductor technology event in 2008 has featured 92 technical lectures, and with over 1,098 attendees.
Original, non-commercial and non-published works are accepted. The papers should be related to these below areas of semiconductor technologies:
1. Multilevel interconnection
2. Etching
3. Lithography and mask
4. Manufacturing science
5. Advanced devices
6. Testing
7. Packaging
8. Microsystems/MEMS
Submissions are allowed from all persons directly or indirectly involved in the semiconductor industry, including IC manufacturers, academic and research institutes, and equipment manufacturers and materials suppliers.
