Hynix and Toshiba to cross license patents and products

Hynix and Toshiba have signed agreement to use each other's patents and products. Through this new cross patent licensing agreement both have settled the entire pending patent related litigations between them in US and Japan.

Both the semiconductor vendors are strong in memory segment and Toshiba is into much more wider market segment. This partnership may overtake few technology advances of Samsung and other memory experts.
