Low power Arm Cortex-M33 STM32U3 MCUs from STMicro: 1.6µA stop current and 117 Coremark/Mw

STMicroelectronics a well known source for extreme low power and robust MCUs for ultra-low-power applications announced latest Arm Cortex-M33 core based STM32U3 MCUs running at up to 96MHz. These UFQFPN, WLCSP, LQFP, and UFBGA packaged MCUs deliver Coremark-per-milliwatt score of 117, nearly double the efficiency of ST’s preceding STM32U5 series, and five times that of the STM32L4 series.
