High Performance: Micron UFS 4.0 boasts impressive sequential read speeds of up to 4300 megabytes per second (MBps) and sequential write speeds of up to 4000 MBps — twice the performance of previous generations. This acceleration enables users to launch productivity, creativity, and AI applications swiftly, with large language models in generative AI apps loading 40% faster, ensuring smoother interactions with AI digital companions.

Compact Package Design: With a reduced footprint from 11x13 mm to 9x13 mm, Micron achieves the world's most compact managed NAND package size for UFS 4.0 solutions. This compact design paves the way for energy-efficient, ultra-slim smartphones and provides manufacturers with additional space to integrate larger batteries.
