Low noise and high PSRR LDO regulator IC from Fermionic Design

Bangalore, India based semiconductor product design start-up Fermionic design has launched range of low dropout regulator targeting test and measurement, and also for imaging and radar applications.

The new FD5L5VW/FD5L5VD2 provides both fixed and adjustable output voltage at very low noise and high PSRR. FD5L5VW/FD5L5VD2 can deliver a current up to 1.5 A. These devices are available in packages of TDFN12/SOIC12 and smaller footprints.

lesser than 1% Line and Load Regulation
Ultra-low output noise
Wide input and output voltage range: 1.2V to 5V
Excellent Power-Supply-Ripple-Rejection
Adjustable Input Reference and current limits
Available in TDFN12/SOIC12 and smaller footprints.

The applications suggested include: Low noise active antenna system MIMO, Medical diagnostic equipment, Lab and field instrumentation and Sensor, imaging, and radar.
