METCASE launches aluminum VESA-mount enclosures for HMI/Control Electronics
METCASE has unveiled its latest innovation, the TECHNOMET-CONTROL aluminum enclosures, tailored for electronic control systems, panel PCs, and HMI electronics. Engineered with versatility in mind, these enclosures are designed for easy mounting on standard VESA brackets/arms, walls, machines, and round poles, offering a seamless integration solution for indoor applications across various industries.
The TECHNOMET-CONTROL boasts a slim and elegant design, featuring diecast front and rear bezels that blend seamlessly with the main case body. Snap-on trims cleverly conceal assembly screws, providing a sleek and cohesive aesthetic. The enclosures are highly customizable, allowing for easy adjustments in size and ample space for connectors, ensuring versatility in application.
Designed with protection in mind, the front panel is recessed within the bezel to safeguard displays and membrane keypads, while the rear features VESA MIS-D 100 mounting points for effortless installation of VESA control arms or wall brackets. Additionally, the removable base panel underneath offers convenient cable entry.
Internally, the assembly extrusions feature M3 holes and guide rails for internal plates, while the rear panel is equipped with M3 PCB pillars for added stability. All case panels are fitted with M4 threaded pillars for earth connections, ensuring secure and reliable operation. Optional retaining straps can be used to secure the front and rear panels during maintenance.
Available in four standard sizes ranging from 9.05” x 7.08” to 16.53” x 11.81”, with a slim profile of just 3.74” depth, the TECHNOMET-CONTROL offers flexibility without compromising on aesthetics. The enclosures come in standard traffic gray A (RAL 7042) or traffic gray A/traffic white (RAL 7042/9016), with custom color options available upon request.
