LED driver IC from Fujitsu Semiconductor supports AC/DC SCR dimming

Fujitsu Semiconductor has launched of LED driver IC - MB39C602, which supports PWM dimming. This series is the latest development of Fujitsu LED driver IC, and MB39C601 LED IC launched before MB39C602 can support AC/DC SCR dimming.

MB39C602 uses Flyback topology with active PFC, and it supports PWM dimming and outputs constant current or constant voltage modes with adjustable switching time or switching frequency. This LED driver IC features power factor of >0.9 and efficiency of >85%& low EMI. Full voltage (AC 85~265V input) is available and the maximum power is 50W (when input is 200V).

MB39C602 series adopts SOP-8 package,3.9mm×5.05mm×1.75mm (lead pitch: 1.27mm). This IC is suitable for general lighting applications, which includes LED bulb, LED down lamp, LED spotlight, LED strip lamp and LED ceiling light.
