40V MOSFET from Fairchild ideal for power steering applications

The new 40V MOSFET from Fairchild Semiconductor for automotive electronics particularly suggested for power steering systems offers lower on resistance and low Gate Charge Qg. FDB9403 MOSFET can also be used in suspension control and power train management applications.
