5A to 15A, 600V short circuit rated IGBTs

Fairchild Semiconductor has made available Short Circuit Rated IGBT in low- to high-current ratings of 5A to 15A, these 600V IGBTs minimize power loss and reduce power dissipation with low VCE(sat) ratings while meeting stringent energy saving guidelines. The devices offer 10µs short-circuit withstand time (at VCE=350V, VGE=15V Rg=100O, Tj=150°C) and fast switching speeds to provide increased system efficiency.

FGB7N60UNDF and FGB5N60UNDF feature an industry low 2.1V VCE(sat) rating which results in less on-state conduction loss
FGP10N60UNDF/FGP15N60UNDF and FGPF10N60UNDF/FGPF15N60UNDF have an industry low turn-off switching (Eoff) feature minimizing power loss under high-frequency conditions (15kHz switching carrier frequency)
