PRUF LED makes LED panels using BTU’s PYRAMAX 125A

BTU International has announced that PRUF LED has installed a PYRAMAX 125A at its new cutting-edge, fully automated SMT production facility in Robinson, Texas. 125A is used to manufacture 4-foot LED panels and other LED panels.

The 10-zone PYRAMAX 125A air model features a maximum temperature of 350oC and closed-loop convection technology, provide lead-free processing. With 6, 8, 10 and 12 zone air or nitrogen models, flexible platform configuration, and low nitrogen and power consumption PYRAMAX is both the industry’s strongest performer and its best value, claims BTU.
