zAxiomtek has announced a new Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) compliant signage player OPS870 that pairs the 22nm 3rd generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors with Mobile Intel QM77 Express chipset.

This OPS-based signage box player provides good graphics performance, full HD content playback and dual display presentations. The installation, maintenance and deployment are simplified to the digital signage manufacturers. The OPS870 supports Intel Active Management Technology 8.0 for optimal remote control management. Users can apply a variety of DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) applications with ease.

"With its compact OPS design and powerful 3rd generation Intel Core processor support, Axiomtek's newest OPS870 signage module is designed to meet the various challenges of today's digital signage requirements," said Robert Wang, director of sales & marketing of the digital signage business unit at Axiomtek.
