Holtek releases 16-pin enhanced flash type MCU with EEPROM device series

Holtek has announced the release of its new 16-pin enhanced Flash type microcontroller unit with EEPROM device series, in the form of the I/O type HT68F016/HT68F017 series and the A/D type HT66F016/ HT66F017 series. They have a high noise immunity. These devices include an area of non-volatile EEPROM memory which can be used to save data such as product parameters or manufacturing data.

Features of these devices include:
1. 1Kx16 ~ 2Kx16 bits of Flash memory
2. 64/128 bytes of SRAM memory
3. 64 bytes of data EEPROM and 14 I/O pins.
4. 3 oscillator types: High-frequency crystal - HXT, low frequency 32kHz RC - LIRC, and an internal high speed RC - HIRC
5. Industrial temperature range (-40? ~ 85?)
6. 16-pin DIP/NSOP/SSOP package

The HT68F01x and HT66F01x series devices also include Holtek's new multi-function timer modules. These timer modules are capable of providing functions such as input capture, compare match output, timer and event counting, single pulse output and PWM. All devices in the A/D type HT66F01x series also contain a 12-bit high speed ADC and internal voltage reference function.
