ADI introduces ADR45xx series of voltage references for precision applications

Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) has introduced the new ADR45xx series of voltage references for high-resolution data converters and precision applications in data acquisition systems, instrumentation, process control, and automotive battery monitoring.

Features of ADR45xx voltage references
1. Low frequency noise: 0.5 ppm
2. Typical long-term drift: 25 ppm/1khr
3. Maximum TC: 2 ppm/°C
4. Output noise (0.1 - 10 Hz): < 1µVP-P @ 2.048 VOUT typical
5. Initial output voltage error: ±0.02 percent (max)
6. Input voltage range: 3 V to 15 V
7. Operating temperature: -40 Deg C to +125 Deg C
8. Output current: +10 mA source/-10 mA sink
9. Low quiescent current: 950 µA (max)
10. Low dropout voltage: 300 mV @ 2 mA (VOUT = 3 V)
