TVS diodes from ProTek for automotive, wireless, ethernet and industrial applications

ProTek Devices has announced the availability of two surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode modules SM3KWxxA and SM5KWxxA.

These modules are designed to protect equipment and systems from the damaging effects of high voltage spikes and should be placed near a connector to provide the best protection against transients. They can find their applications in relay drives, motor (start/stop) back EMF protection, module lightning protection and secondary lightning protection. They are RoHS and REACH compliant.
