Low noise I/Q converter MMICs from RFMD for 9-16GHz applications

RF Micro Devices added four new monolithic microwave (MMIC) Up converter and Down converter devices for high frequency applications. The RFUV1002 and RFUV1003 Up converters incorporate an image rejection mixer, LO buffer amplifier, variable gain amplifier, and DC-decoupling capacitor. The RFRX1001 and RFRX1002 Down converters incorporate image rejection mixer, LO buffer amplifier, integrated LNA, and DC-decoupling capacitor.
These I/Q converters are suited for point-to-point radio, satellite communications, military radar, and electronic warfare applications.
