4-Channel CCD vertical driver from Holtek for surveillance cameras

Holtek released its new 4-channel CCD vertical driver, the HT82V805A which when used together with a CCD sensor is suitable for use in black-and-white or color surveillance cameras.

The HT82V805 is offered at lesser price compared to earlier products but has retained all of the original ESD protection features.

The HT82V805A includes two 3-level vertical drivers, two 2-level vertical drivers and a single 2-level electronic shutter driver.

This device is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package (173mil) in addition to a smaller 16-pin SSOP package (150mil) to minimize required PCB areas.
