ZigBee SEP2.0 featured wireless microcontroller from ST

STMicroelectronics is sampling the STM32W wireless featured microcontroller supporting IEEE802.15.4 certified platforms that will support the new ZigBee Smart Energy Profile version 2.0 (SEP 2.0) for the smart grid applications. The STM32W includes support for pre-pay services, load response, and energy-demand management.

ARM Cortex-M3 powered STM32W has a memory up to 256Kbytes supporting high code density.
