LDO regulators with PSRR upto 70dB from Holtek
Holtek has released its new series of high PSRR LDO devices, the HT72BXX and HT78BXX in its portfolio.
Key features of HT72BXX and HT78BXX devices include:
Output current of 300mA and 500mA
Current consumption of only 18ľA
PSRR rating of up to 70dB
Maximum input voltage is 7.0V higher than other LDO devices
Line regulation of 0.02%/V,
Load regulation of devices: 14mV and 33mV
Dropout voltage: 340mV and 640mV
Internal protection functions: short circuit protection, current limiting protection and over temperature protection
Holtek says the HT72BXX and HT78BXX Low Dropout regulator devices are all fabricated using CMOS technology and have a fixed output voltage range of 1.5V~5V, the devices are suitable for battery-powered products for the imaging, voice and wireless etc applications areas.
