7V i/p voltage LDOs with PSRR of 70dB from Holtek

Holtek has announced its new High PSRR LDO series, the HT75Bxx. With an output current of 150mA, operating current of 10µA and a high PSRR value of up to 70dB. The maximum input voltage is 7V. The HT75Bxx has line regulation characteristics of 0.02%/V with a load regulation of 15mV. The device dropout voltage is 330mV at an output current of 150mA. Internal protection functions include short circuit protection and current limiting protection.

These CMOS technology low dropout voltage regulators have a fixed wide output voltage range of 1.5V~5V. With their high PSRR value and low power consumption, the devices are especially suitable for a wide range of battery-powered products such imaging products, voice products, wireless applications etc, says Holtek.
