Single SEPIC DC/DC converter and 6 linear regulators in a LGA packaged DC/DC module

Linear able to pack single SEPIC DC/DC converter and 6 linear regulators in a LGA packaged DC/DC converter module measuring 15mm x 15mm x 2.82mm in size. The new DC/DC module is rated to operate -40ºC to 150ºC temp range. The device coded LTM8008 targets markets such as automotive, defense and avionics systems.

The Single-ended primary-inductor converter (SEPIC) converter provided constant DC from a input voltage of 3- 72 Volts. This 5.6V, in return, powers six linear regulators to generate five 5V rails and one 3.3V rail with output currents ranging from 150mA to 500mA.

Linear has stocked to these devices to make them available immediately with indicative price of $19.00 each. The other features include programmable operating frequency from 100kHz to 1MHz, and Programmable Soft-Start.
