New fanless touch panel computers from Axiomtek for small-size infotainment applications

Axiomtek offers a full range of GOT-5000 series to meet the emerging demands of small-size infotainment applications. This fanless touch panel computer series supports either Intel Atom processor N270 or AMD Geode LX800 processor in various LCD display sizes ranging from 5.7" to 12.1" making it a competitive and cost-effective solution. The GOT-5000 series is a perfect HMI (human machine interface) platform for public infotainment system and information display in factory/building automation fields, such as supermarket, museum, factory, corporate environment and more.

Low-power consumption:
Incorporating low-power processor, the GOT-5000 series reduces energy usage substantially. It offers both cost-effective solution with AMD LX800 processor and performance solution with Intel Atom N270 processor as per customer's requirement.

Industrial-grade design:
The IP65-rating and NEMA 4 sealed front bezel provides rugged protection against accidental falling of dust and splashes of water. Plus, the aluminum back chassis proves to be the excellent thermal solution for system stability and reliability, keeping long MTBF in harsh environment.

Minimized footprint:
The GOT-5000 series adopts an industrial-grade front bezel which creates both a lightweight and modern look. The ultra slim design features the minimum thickness of 44mm only. This series can be seamlessly blended into any confined space by being mounted onto shelves or fit into enclosures, to create the proper atmosphere.

Additional features:
This HMI platform is outfitted with 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet, a Mini Card slot or Mini PCI slot and a built-in WLAN antenna for wireless LAN/GPRS/GSM/3G connections in real time. The optional RFID (radio frequency identification) can provide an efficient way to validate access and operate more functions. Other abundant features are a 2.5" SATA HDD and a CompactFlash slot (vibration resistance up to 2G), rich I/O for peripheral connectivity and an over-current protection fuse.
