Signal encoder ICs for remote control system applications from Holtek

Holtek's has unveiled the HT6P20x2 series of signal encoder IC devices for remote control system applications. These devices are suitable for applications such as car alarms, motorcycle/electric bike alarms, house security products, gate control systems, curtain and doorbell control etc.

TheHT6P20B2, HT6P20D2 and HT6P20F2 signal encoder ICs are packed in 8-pin SOP package type.

The HT6P20B2 is pin compatilbe with HT6P20B. The HT6P20F2 supports five key inputs.

The HT6P20x2 operates at an operating voltage range from 2V to 12V, operating temperature of -40°C to 85°C. The static current is less than 1µA at an operating voltage of 12V. The HT6P20x2 series includes an embedded internal RC oscillator. These signal encoder ICs provide 5 data pins and 222 address codes. These devices are built using CMOS technology.
