Intel Atom based I/O rich embedded box computer with 6 COM ports from Axiomtek

Axiomtek introduced eBOX622-831-FL fanless embedded box computer with six COM ports (RS-232) and front-accessible CompactFlash socket. The compact unit built with Intel 945GSE Express chipset and ICH7M Southbridge, supports a low power Intel Atom processor N270 1.60 GHz. One 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM socket supports up to 2GB system memory. This no-noise power-optimized eBOX622-831-FL is suggested for automation controller, digital signage, car PC, medical healthcare, and entry-level gaming.

The lower power Atom-based eBOX622-831-FL features storage interfaces including a 2.5" SATA hard drive and CF slot. The noiseless embedded computer platform measuring 200 x 120 x 75 mm in size also features four USB 2.0 ports, dual Gigabit Ethernet, PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports, VGA, and audio.The eBOX622-831-FL supports embedded OSs including Windows CE, Windows XP Embedded (XPE), and Linux. To assist flexible installation, this unit can be din-rail-mounted, wall-mounted, VESA-mounted or stand-mounted. Moreover.
