1.5 Amp 20V tiny transistors from Diodes of size 1.1 mm x 1.4 mm

Diodes Incorporated has unveiled the ZXTN26020DMF and ZXTP26020DMF devices, 20V NPN and PNP bipolar transistors in the ultra-small DFN1411-3 surface mount package. These transistors are designed on Diodes' Generation 5 matrix emitter bipolar process.

Other features of the ZXTN26020DMF and ZXTP26020DMF devices are:

--They have a footprint measuring 1.1mm x 1.4mm and an off-board height of 0.5mm.
--They have a minimum FR-4 PCB power dissipation rating of 0.38W for its footprint.
--These transistors have maximum collector current ratings of 1.5 Amp for the NPN and -1.25 Amp for the PNP
--These transistors offer high gain, low saturation and fast switching.
--These transistors are suggested for MOSFET and IGBT gate driving, DC-DC conversion and general switching duties.
