Looking for a LCD controller in a 8 bit MCU, Check this new MCU from Fujitsu

The new MB95120M 8-bit microcontroller series from Fujitsu integrates 10 bit ADC and 40 SEG x 4 COM LCD Controller upto 60 KB of flash memory.
The MCU works at the speed of 16 MHZ. ADC conversion speed is 1.2 microseconds.

This MCU is part of Fujitsu’s F2MC-8FX family of Microcontrollers for consumer, digital media and household appliances.

Available from October 2006 in 100 pin LQFP packages.
