Inductor free, charge pump type LED Driver from Catalyst saves board space

The CAT3636 can sink up to 32mA from 6 white or color LEDs at a maximum efficiency of 92%. Each LED current can be programmed by a single wire EZDim. The key point Catalyst stresses is, this driver is capable of 1.33x mode, i.e. giving an output voltage of 1.33 times input voltage along with the regular 1x, 1.5x and 2x.

Available in 3x3mm, low-profile (0.8mm) 16-pin TQFN package.
