Interesil’s new ISL6264; power controller for AMD’S Turion mobile Microprocessors.

ISL6264, with robust ripple regulator (R3) technology responds better to power transients and efficiently adapt to power loads (heavy, light sleep mode) for optimized efficiency. The output voltage can be adjusted from 0.375 to 1.55V through a 6-bit DAC. It has a built in gate driver with 2A current rating.

Applications: Notebook computer, LCD PC, SAN systems, Blade Servers, POS Terminals.
