FRAM of 512KB with SPI in 8 pin TDFN package with a max price tag of $7.62

Ramtron’s latest FRAM with a 0.5 MB storage capacity in small footprint package may be a better choice over EEPROMS and Flash, if requirements ask for better retention rate and high read/write endurance. If you are already using 256 KB FRAM from Ramtron, optimize your design with this better offer. Targeted applications are multifunction printers and industrial motor controllers.
