Flash type voice microcontroller from Holtek

Holtek has released new series of HT83FXX Flash type Voice microcontrollers. These new MCUs are targeted at home appliances such as washing machines and ovens to provide them with the voice functions. The flash memory based MCU helps in providing support for multiple languages.

The HT83FXX devices feature,

1. Integrated Flash Voice Memory
2. High speed SPI and I2C interface
3. A 12-bit voltage type DAC capable of driving 8/16 ohm speakers
4. Features PWM driver
5. Provided with voice-play time range of 32 to 512 seconds.
6. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C
